Do I have to pre-register?

Yes, there is NO day of walk in registration.

Is the event open to the public?

At this time (5/12/21) the event is by registered ticket holder only to abide by NY State Law Covid19 Restrictions.  This is a private ticketed event only.

Do I need to have a vaccine or a negative Covid test to attend?

No, NY State has dropped its restrictions for events our size.

Does my Jeep need to be register and insured?

Yes, all Jeeps that are being driven on the road, must be registered and insured per NY state law.  Trailered Jeeps must have liability insurance, and cannot be driven on the roads.

How do I register?

Click on the REGISTER button at the top of the page.  Pick Jeep and Driver as your ticket type, and then pick your add on's, passengers, show and shine, trails, etc.  The system will not show you any add on's until you pick Jeep and Driver ticket type.

Can I pre-order T-Shirts?

Yes, please check out our online store, or place your shirt order when you purchase your tickets on the registration site.

What's the refund policy?

30 Days prior to the event. Please request refunds through your REGFOX account.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, it will make check in much easier.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, you can change your registration by logging into your REGFOX account.

What if the weather is bad?

This is a RAIN OR SHINE event.

What can't I bring to the event?

Alcohol, Drugs, unregistered Jeeps.

Can I BBQ on site.

No, you cannot have any open flame devices on site.  Local FD will be onsite and will fine you for open flames.

Will there be food on site?

Yes, we will have food onsite.

Will there be bathroom facilities on site?

Yes, we have Porta Potties on site.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, leased dogs are allowed.

Is there lodging on site?

Yes, 1000 Acres Ranch has onsite lodging, for other choices refer to our lodging page.

Is there camping on site?

No, there is no camping onsite, however there are several local campground. Please visit our lodging page for more info.

Please keep music to a reasonable level, this is a zero tolerance policy.

Trails- In order to sign up for a trail ride, you must pick the Rubicon or Sport ticket type.  One trail ride per registration is allowed at this time.  If there are extra trail rides after registration is closed we will re-open them to Rubicon Package ticket holders.  All passengers can join on trail rides, there are no Trail Ride restrictions.

Trail descriptions:

Green trails are the easiest and suitable for stock Jeeps.
All Jeeps must have seatbelts for all passengers.
All Jeeps must have working 4 Wheel Drive.
All Jeeps must have at least one recovery point. (Tow hooks, trailer hitch)

Blue trails are more difficult and suitable for Jeeps with 33" Tires and up.
All Jeeps must have seatbelts for all passengers.
All Jeeps must have working 4 Wheel Drive.
All Jeeps must have at least two recovery points. (Tow hooks, trailer hitch).

Black trails are the most difficult and suitable for Jeeps with 35" tires and up.
All Jeeps must have seatbelts for all passengers.
All Jeeps must have working 4 Wheel Drive.
All Jeeps must have at least one recovery point. (Tow hooks, trailer hitch)
At least one locker is recommended.
